• CASH BACK - Redeem rewards as a credit to your savings or checking account at kstate CREDIT UNION. Once your reach a certain threshold, redeem your rewards for cash and watch them go straight into your kstateCU account. Minimum: 3000 points
• Gift cards - There are different levels of gift cards standard, premium and premium plus at various retailers and merchants. It’s an easy way to treat yourself or someone else—redeem, choose, and enjoy something you love without spending a dime out of pocket. 150+ gift card options from the most popular merchants. These are e-gift cards for most merchants. Minimum: 2500 points
• Explore Travel & Experience - Use your rewards for flights, car rentals, and hotel stays for your next vacation. Airline tickets, hotels, car rental, cruises and vacation getaways. Minimum: 2500 points
• Experiences & Event Tickets - Includes sporting events, plays, comedy shows, even exclusive sold-out events to the public – all in real time. Minimum based on event price
• Merchandise - An extensive collection of brand-name items that you can purchase with your points.  Items may include electronics, home goods, kitchen items, and more. Minimum: 2500 points

REAL TIME REWARDS

• Pay with points - This feature provides an opportunity for members to pay with points at the checkout.  Must earn points first, points can be converted to cash, some restrictions are in place with this feature including: can’t use points on tax, not eligible at some retailers or may have limits to how many can be used in one purchase. Minimum: 2500 points
• Checkout with points - Checkout with points = using your rewards balance as payment at the moment you buy, with convenience prioritized over maximum value. When this feature is available a member may see “Use points,” “Checkout with points,” or “Apply rewards.” at the checkout. Gain discounts at some of your favorite merchants at purchase using your points balance as a redemption option. Minimum:1000 points & 2000 points
• Fuel With Points - Score exclusive discounts at the pump using your rewards-linked card. Redeem points for fuel discounts at participating stations. Minimum: 2000 points - $.50 off per gallon (up to 20 gallons)

RELATIONSHIP REWARDS

• Redeem to Donate - A meaningful way to pay it forward, donations can be designated to charities of their choice. This converts your points into a monetary donation to a participating nonprofit organization. Minimum: 3000 points

OTHER REWARDS

• Pre-paid Cards -These are e-gift cards that are loaded with a set dollar value. The card can then be used like a regular gift card to make purchases at participating retailers or anywhere the Visa network is accepted, until the balance is spent. Minimum of 3500 points

How do I redeem my rewards? Use the redemption site online that can be accessed through your online banking.

How do I get started with the truly rewards program? Login to your online banking and get signed up to begin earning on your purchases make with your kstate CREDIT UNION debit and credit card. Then simply spend money using your credit or debit card and you will begin earning points based on your purchase amounts.

How will I earn rewards? Simply use your kstate CREDIT UNION credit or debit card and you will begin earning points based on your purchase amounts

How do I track my rewards? View on the rewards site accessed through online banking. You can view point values and redeem points for rewards.

How can I get help with my rewards? kstate CREDIT UNION team members can help or we have a rewards phone number where you can receive help 866-534-3945.

When do my points expire? Truly rewards points expire 3 years after they are earned. 
IMPORTANT: If you carried points over from our CU Rewards program that was connected to our previous credit card, those will expire on April 30, 2027.

Cardholders can visit the rewards site through online banking by signing in and looking for the truly rewards link.
