Available Positions

Member Service Specialist I & II
Join our growing team as a Flexible Full-Time Member Service Specialists.  Applicants must be confident, have an outgoing personality, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, and can offer solutions to meet member needs. Teller experience is preferred, but not required.
Member Mortgage Specialist
Join our growing team and assist our members with their real estate borrowing needs. You will be analyzing loan documents, credit reports, financials, making credit decisions based on lending policy, and identifying products and services for our members. This position participates in business development activities to include, but not limited to, visiting real estate agencies, hosting Open Houses, attending MAR, Chamber of Commerce and other community events.
Skills and experience: Two to five years of similar or related experience. Knowledge of first and second mortgage loan products. Must have NMLS license or able to obtain.

Our CU Culture

Along with our volunteer focus, we offer a Jeans Donation program.  Employees can elect to have a donation deducted from our paycheck in exchange for wearing jeans.  Individuals can choose the day and the amount of jeans they would like to purchase throughout the year.  All of the proceeds are then donated to a local organization.

Our 2020 jeans donation of $9,000 went to Flint Hills Breadbasket.
