Equal Opportunity Employer
Our CU Culture
We are a professional environment but we like to have fun too. As an employee you will see that there are many opportunities for friendly competition between employees, like best Halloween costume and ugliest Christmas sweater.
Along with our volunteer focus, we offer a Jeans Donation program. Employees can elect to have a donation deducted from our paycheck in exchange for wearing jeans. Individuals can choose the day and the amount of jeans they would like to purchase throughout the year. All of the proceeds are then donated to a local organization.

Our team presents the 2024 jeans donation of $6,020.
OUR PEOPLE
One opportunity for our employees to grow in their career has been a program called CU Lead. This program helps to build and enhance leadership abilities, it is hosted by Cornerstone League. Our Assistant Branch Manager, Jensen, recently graduated from the CU lead program. Congratulations Jensen!

Leadership Manhattan is a local program through the Manhattan Chamber that helps to provide a continuous source of motivated leaders who are educated about the community, its challenges and opportunities; as well as work in leadership roles in the Manhattan community at all levels. kstate CREDIT UNION encourages team members, like Sarah (pictured below) to be a part of great programs like this in order to continue their professional development.
