Equal Opportunity Employer

Our CU Culture

We are a professional environment but we like to have fun too. As an employee you will see that there are many opportunities for friendly competition between employees, like best Halloween costume, ugliest Christmas sweater, cooking battles, and even a door-stop carving contest.

Along with our volunteer focus, we offer a Jeans Donation program.  Employees can elect to have a donation deducted from our paycheck in exchange for wearing jeans.  Individuals can choose the day and the amount of jeans they would like to purchase throughout the year.  All of the proceeds are then donated to a local organization.

Our 2023 jeans donation of $6,500 went to No Stone Unturned.

OUR PEOPLE
One opportunity for our employees to grow in their career has been a program called CU Lead. This program helps to build and enhance leadership abilities, it is hosted by Cornerstone League. Our Assistant Branch Manager, Jensen, recently graduated from the CU lead program. Congratulations Jensen!
