We are pleased to announce that our lobbies have reopened to serve members. We ask that members who have standard teller transactions continue to use our drive-throughs, online services and mobile services to allow for adequate social distancing as we transition into reopening our lobbies. We will also continue to provide shared branch services in our drive throughs.

We ask that all members comply with state/county/city guidelines for COVID-19 precautions and mandates while inside our lobbies. For the safety of our members and staff, we ask that you wear your mask at all times while inside our lobbies and practice social distancing. Masks are available if you are unable to provide your own. You may be asked to remove your mask briefly for identification purposes. We also ask that you limit the number of family members you bring in with you.

Our lobby hours are listed below.  Coin deposit (depending on the amount), safe deposit box and Kassi pulls do not require an appointment, it is first come, first serve.  We encourage members to contact us and make an appointment for complex member transactions by texting or calling us at 785-776-3003.

ONLINE SERVICES TO ASSIST YOU

Online Banking: Can be used to check balances, pay bills, transfer money, and more from your computer or mobile device.

Mobile app: Use our mobile app to access our online banking on your mobile device. It also includes remote deposit capture, contact information, a loan application, helpful links and more.

Deposit checks by phone: Just snap a picture of the front and back to deposit endorsed checks with our mobile app.  You can find remote deposit capture in the main menu.

SecurLock Equip App: Use this app to help you monitor debit card activity and turn off your card, if needed.

Apple Pay/Android Pay/Google Pay: Safely pay with mobile wallet both in stores and online.

Making A Deposit
We have night depositories located at each of our locations.
EAST: located on the wall on the North side of our building, under the drive-thru canopy.
WEST: located on the front of our building, just East of our front doors.

Look out for suspicious email and text messages, medical supply scams and fraudulent donation sites that may impersonate a company, charity or government agency.  The intent is to convince you to share sensitive information such as usernames and passwords, make purchases or donations on spoof websites, or download malware onto your device by opening a malicious attachment.  kstate CREDIT UNION will never ask you for your personal information or login credentials in an email or text message.  If you receive a suspicious email or text message, don't respond, click on any links or open attachments.  Verify the authenticity of any website before making a purchase or donation.
