Mobile App Update


 

Our Mobile App will be receiving an update March 1. With this update there were be a few added features including:

  • Experience Center Widget that allows for quick access to contact us. 
  • Loan due dates will now be color coded, reflecting if loan payment is late or up-to-date.
  • Leaf badge designating that members are signed up for estatements.

  • Contact links can help you call, text or email our experience center. When you select the icon it will direct you to your phone's tool for these types of communication.
  • There is also a purple icon with our logo mark, this is a way to easily know which version of the app you are using.
  • If you ever would need to reset the app, there is a reset button that restores the app to the original installed state.

  • Currently on the favorites page you can see the balance, payment and due date on your loan. These will still remain the same except if your loan is on time the due date will be green, if it is late it will change to red.

  • On your main account page at the top by your name, a green leaf badge will appear indicating that you are signed up for estatements.
  • You can also sign up for estatements on the mobile app. In the past it required you to be on a desktop to complete this action.
